  • We are not responsible for any data loss

Refurbished Goods & Parts

  • In some cases, goods presented for repair may be replaced with refurbished items or repaired using refurbished parts

Return Shipping Costs

  • If your return is covered under the Australian Consumer Law, we will provide a prepaid courier label and cover return and replacement shipping costs.
  • If the returned item is not eligible for a refund, repair, or replacement, you may be required to pay for:
